Korean famous two actors, Kang Dong-won and Go su played the lead roles and according to online statistics, the movie drew over 181 million in 13 days and was ranked number one in Korea's box office.
It's been about 3weeks since it was released, but still there are about 5 million people a day on weekdays and 10 million people on weekends who go to the theater to check out how great this movie is. So, it sure will hit 200 million very soon.
A Psychic is a story of a mysterious man who controls people with his eyes (Gand Dong-won) and the only man who is immune to the power. (Go su).Gyu-nam (Go su) works at a small pawnshop. One day, a psychic comes into there to steal money, so to do that, he starts controlling the people, but only one guy, Gyu-nam struggles and starts moving breaking the psychic's magical power. The panicked psychic kills people and everything is recorded on CCTV. The psychic starts chasing Gyu-nam who can blow his peaceful life, and also Gyu-nam starts to chase the psychic who devastated his peaceful life.
This movie attracts the attention of the public with the two main actors who are loved by thousands of young fans and this is even called 'The most beautiful casting ever'.
Meanwhile, it has gotten many love-calls from outside of Korea, so they completed for a total of seven contracts with Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan, Germany, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg.
Here is one of famous lines from the movie. 'Who is going to win? You fighting agaisnt lots of me, or me fighting only against you?', 'You shouldn't have met me..'
I haven't watched this movie yet, but one of my friends called me two days ago and said that I MUST see this movie. :P He is a moviegoer, so I guess it came out pretty good :)
There are many kinds of magical powers such as reading people's mind, or moving things without touching, or foreseeing the future.
If I could have one power among these three, I would choose moving things without touching. If I could read people's mind, I think I would go crazy someday, cause I wouldn't be able to have a romance (since I would always hear what he is thinking now which is boring and can be awful), or sometimes I would hear things I didn't want to hear. If I could foresee the future, there would be no exciting things and I would die of boredom or misery of a fact that I can't do anything about things that are going to happen to me or people that I love.

I really love Kong Dong-won and Go Su. Both are representative handsome actor in South Korea. But short time age, Kong Dong-won enter the army! Anyway, i also havent't watched this movie yet. I really expect to the A Phychic.

I saw this movie recently. I didn't expect it but it is more than I expected before. And I think people sholud resemble Go-su character. Because he works hard even he has not reasonable job. However, my disappointing point is last scene of this movie.. But I think it is normal movie.

I saw the movie two weeks ago. It wasn’t a weekend, but there were many people who watched A Psychic, especially a lot of women in the theater haha :) I felt that it seems like weekend because of the crowded, also wow how wonderful the effect of handsome guys haha:3 I agree they(Kang dong-won and Go su) are so charming! Well.. The story.. hum… I don’t think the content of the movies goes well.. just some part of the movie somewhat I can’t agree with..a phoenix guy? Yes, right it is a psychic movie; of course, blame with possibility of reality is uncontroversial but whole story in this movie is not going through well. There was no massage for us… I mean it just deal with a mysterious happening no intrusive or lesson I assume then..However, my eyes are really excited haha :)
